im just confsued as to why liam and harrys feet are circled

Because those two boys are doing the same thing with their feet. I’m assuming that’s the point they’re trying to make. There’s a type of psychological modeling which is when you match a person’s actions either to consciously or subconsciously to put them at ease or attempt to attract them.

So I think they’re making fun of that one kid with the girl and implying he’s gay.  

Just a guess.
